We had one final challenge for our 2025 NAB graduates: stepping into the shoes of an executive team. Over two days, they applied everything they’ve learnt rotating through key business areas – strategic thinking, collaboration and customer focus – to deliver outcomes that matter most. The verdict? They nailed it. And now, they’re ready for the next big step in their careers.

Customer obsession isn't just a buzz word. It's a mindset. At NAB, we believe the future belongs to leaders who put customers at the heart of every decision. The 2025 Graduate Executive Challenge gave our grads the ultimate test: two days of high-pressure simulation, stepping into the shoes of an executive team, strategic thinking and collaboration to drive outcomes that matters most to customers. Seeing the passion for innovation and customer advocacy in our future leaders reminds me why investing in early careers is so critical. Big up to guest speakers Ethan Sun, who inspired us to pursue true customer-obsession, and Matt Zaba, who opened our eyes to the possibilities of AI and the future ahead.
