Quest Ipswich Sells for $14.2 Million A private Sydney-based investor has secured the Quest Apartment Hotel Ipswich for $14.2 million, reflecting strong demand for quality hotel assets in South East Queensland. The deal was brokered by Burgess Rawson from CBRE Justin Kramersh and Neville Smith, in conjunction with HTL Property’s Nic Simarro and Scott Callow.
