A few weeks ago, we marked the graduation of “Coaching for Success”, a six-month journey that brought together 131 People Leaders across NAB Innovation Centre India. Built on curiosity, reflection, and growth, the program clocked 616+ learning hours, 384 coaching hours, and 192 coaching conversations that helped our leaders rediscover what it means to truly listen, guide, and empower. The graduation wasn’t the end but the start of a new way of leading through coaching. We’re grateful to our India leaders, Veronica Thompson, Vikram Bose, and program sponsor Ajay Kamath for creating this opportunity, and to every participant and mentor for the energy and openness they brought to the experience.
