Our teams reimagined the experience transforming a single account into a place where customers can create multiple “savings spaces,” personalise them, track progress visually, and feel more connected to their goals. Whether it’s a short-term holiday fund or a long-term plan, Spaces gives NAB customers clarity and control in ways they’ve never had before. But what really made this innovation possible?
