Managing creators at scale is exciting. But also painfully time-consuming. Think of the spreadsheets, the endless clicking, the repetitive updates…None of it helps you grow faster. That’s why we gave the Modash CRM a full reboot. Here’s what’s new: — Update status or ownership across multiple creators at once (perfect for onboarding, cleanup, or handoffs). — Add creators to lists in bulk and organize them faster than ever. — Attach briefs or contracts to multiple creators in one go. — Assign multiple creators to a campaign instantly. This means less clicking and more doing. — Export only the creators you want, not entire spreadsheets you don’t. — See more creators' details at a glance, like rates, agreed rates, address, phone number, and even birthdays! Less admin. More clarity. Happier teams. If you had to choose one, which of these updates would save you the most time?

A lot of businesses still handle client intake manually: forms come in, someone copies the info into a spreadsheet or CRM, and the follow-up depends on who remembers first or happens to get assigned to it. It's one of those repetitive but critical steps that AI can quietly transform. Here's what a simple Client-Intake-to-CRM workflow might look like in practice: • A Typeform or Tally form collects new client details and triggers an n8n workflow. • n8n structures the data, adds relevant tags, and pushes everything into Airtable or HubSpot automatically. • An OpenAI API call drafts a personalized intake email based on the client's submission and sends it via Gmail. • n8n then polls the Gmail thread after a day or 2 to see if the client responded. If not, it automatically sends a gentle follow-up message. • Finally, you (or your team) get a simple summary notification via Slack or email when a new client is onboarded. What I like most about automations like this is that they're not intended to replace people. They just help reduce the mental clutter that comes with running a small business or managing clients. They reliably take care of admin work in the background so you can focus on what matters most: relationships, strategy, and creative problem-solving. #automation #ai #productivity #workflowautomation #n8n #hubspot #airtable #gmail #typeform

“3 Tech Tools I Recommend to Every Scaling Business in 2025” As businesses scale, manual processes choke growth. These tools have consistently delivered ROI for my clients (and us at TechHub): 1. CRM + automation combo (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive) — centralize pipeline, automate follow-ups. 2. Workflow orchestration / task management (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Trello) — clarity and accountability. 3. Analytics & dashboards (e.g. Google Data Studio, Power BI) — don’t fly blind. 👉 Bonus: Integrate via Zapier / Integromat so tools talk to each other. Use the comment thread to tell me your favorite tool or one you’re curious to try I’ll help you pick. “Which tool are you using (or want to try)? Tell me I’ll help you set it up.”

Your manual processes are killing more deals than bad partners While you're updating spreadsheets and chasing email threads, your competitors are closing deals without managing all of this in Sheets The difference isn't better partners or bigger budgets - it's systems that work without you babysitting them. My Secret? Automate everything that doesn't require human judgment, then focus entirely on the relationships and strategy that actually drive revenue. Here is the stack behind this mindset: 1️⃣ WORKFLOW AUTOMATION Zapier → No-code automation for 5,000+ apps n8n → Self-hosted automation with full control Make → Visual builder for complex workflows Tally → Auto-process partner forms Pipedream → API automation for developers 2️⃣ DEAL & PARTNER MANAGEMENT HubSpot → CRM for partners and revenue tracking PartnerStack → Partner relationships + automated payouts Crossbeam → Account mapping for joint opportunities Kiflo → Lightweight PRM for SMBs Affinity → Network-driven relationship mapping 3️⃣ ASYNC COMMUNICATION & DOCS Notion → Partner hub and resource center Loom → Async video updates and demos Pitch → Collaborative presentation tool Google Workspace → Universal document collaboration Dropbox → Electronic signatures 4️⃣ REPORTING & INSIGHTS Power BI → Live partner performance dashboards Google Data Studio → Free CRM-connected reporting Funnel → Unified data from all channels Supermetrics → Partner data in Sheets/Excel Databox → Mobile executive dashboards 5️⃣ PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY Superhuman → Lightning-fast email with AI Motion → AI calendar that prioritizes tasks Todoist → Simple, reliable task management Readwise → Save and resurface key materials Grammarly → Clear, professional writing ____________________ Your manual processes are costing you more deals than you think. Automate a 3‑Step Flow: Form - Notification - Record Here’s a simple but powerful automation flow you can build this weekend - if that’s your idea of productivity fun: 1. A form submission triggers the workflow. (Typeform, @Google Forms, whatever you use.) 2. Notifications & routing. Instantly alert the right person via Slack, Teams, or email. 3. Create or update a record. Add the submission to Airtable or your CRM - complete with status, timestamp, and owner. You can use this setup for lead capture, internal requests, onboarding tasks… basically any process that needs structure. Why it matters: No more manual handoffs or lost requests Clear audit trail and traceability Room to expand later (scoring, reminders, escalation, automations) If you tell me which tools you’re working with, I can sketch the exact recipe for your stack. #NoCode #AutomationTemplates #WorkflowDesign #Zapier #Make

𝘼𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙨 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙊𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨. Most people use Airtable like a fancy spreadsheet. But Airtable is far more powerful than that. With the right setup, you can run operations, track sales, and even manage your entire client journey in one place. Here are 5 ways business owners can use Airtable beyond “just a spreadsheet”: 1. Custom CRM: Design a lightweight CRM tailored to your business. From lead capture to follow-ups, everything lives in one place. 2. Automation: Stop chasing repetitive tasks. Airtable can auto-assign tasks, send notifications, and move data without you lifting a finger. 3. Linked Databases: Connect different tables. With Airtable you can connect clients, projects, invoices table so you see the full picture without duplicating data. 4. Forms: Collect data directly into Airtable. No more copying and paste from Google Forms or emails. 5. Integrations: Connect Airtable to tools like Slack, Gmail, or Zapier/Make.com and let your data flow where it needs to go and allowing a seamless communication. One small Airtable setup I built helped a client stop losing leads and start tracking sales properly. That simple change improved their follow-up time and gave them clarity on their pipeline. Airtable isn’t just a spreadsheet, it’s a business system. The question is; are you using it to its full potential? Do you use Airtable as a database or just a spreadsheet? #Airtable #NoCode #BusinessAutomation #CRM #Productivity

If you’ve ever tried stitching together reports from spreadsheets, finance tools, or call systems, you’ll know the pain — messy imports, duplicate fields, and a CRM full of clutter you don’t really need. That’s why we're excited about Data Studio, one of the biggest releases out of INBOUND 2025. It lets you: ✨ Pull in data from tools you already use — Google Sheets, Stripe, Maxio, Excel, Aircall, Zoho (and plenty more) ✨ Combine that external data with HubSpot CRM properties to build smarter segments, workflows, and reports ✨ Keep your CRM clean by only bringing in the data you actually need A few real-world examples: ✅ Report on financial data without pushing it into the CRM ✅ Create contact lists filtered by engagement signals from external tools ✅ Trigger automated campaigns based on product or billing data In short: less messy reporting, cleaner CRMs, and way more possibilities for building journeys that actually reflect your customer’s world. 👉 We've recorded a quick Loom to show how it works — link’s in the comments. #HubSpot #DataStudio #INBOUND2025 #RevOps #Analytics
