Nestled inside the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, this newest addition to The MINA Group family promises an unforgettable dining experience at the heart of the world’s most visited vacation destination. The celebration began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 24, where Chef Mina was joined by MINA Group President & CFO Tyler Roberts, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Area GM Sean Verney, and Tishman Hotel Corporation President Robert Snyder. The restaurant officially opens its doors to the public this Saturday, July 26. Bourbon Steak Orlando brings Chef Mina’s signature approach to the classic American steakhouse—elevated ingredients, exacting technique, and a touch of culinary magic. The wine list is a global journey through Old and New World vineyards, carefully curated to pair beautifully with the menu. Meanwhile, the cocktail program leans into both classic refinement and modern creativity, featuring rare bourbons, single-barrel selections, and inventive creations like the yuzu-and-peach-forward Fruit Ninja and the spirit-free Fairweather Friend. We’re honored to share this next chapter of Bourbon Steak with guests from around the world.
