We often worry about the semiconductor devices that pass testing when they should fail. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀? These are false failures, and they matter too.
