Well, this is exciting because I am a Michael shopper, yeah. Boo. I have sent the Mayor of City of District Heights and I'm thrilled to join you here today to celebrate the grand opening of Michaels in the Penn Station Shopping Center. We are thrilled to be here. Thank you to the community. Thank you for coming out today. We really appreciate your so glad that they could be here. So today as we welcome Michaels to the neighborhood, we celebrate more than a grand opening. We celebrate growth, creativity in a shared vision for a stronger community. Welcome to the family. There is nothing better than a team member at Michael's. They're passionate, they work hard, they are good, they are fun. But you guys smiled, you guys brighten up the the whole star everyday and I and I couldn't be more honored. It recognition of the grand opening of your new location in District Heights. In the spiders have the store that would spark creativity from fabric to framing for years to come.
