In our 2024 forecasting tournament with Bridgewater Associates, we saw this principle in action when a Grinnell College student placed first and Northwestern topped the school rankings, outperforming traditional elite institutions. Forecasting ability is a powerful indicator of analytical talent and reasoning skills, and we're excited to again collaborate with Bridgewater to identify exceptional talent.
