I placed an order through the McDonald’s Peru app and the Happy Meal for my little sister arrived without the toy. I tried reaching support through the chat, but it stayed on “waiting” and later showed that service was no longer available. Today I tried again and the chat wouldn’t reopen, and the call center isn’t working either. I would really appreciate assistance with this issue.
