You need to fire Don Garber & all the rest, and hire someone who actually cares about the sport and is good at marketing. E.g., you started the Seattle/MN game *after* NFL (AFAIK) when you should be aggressively counter-programming NFL junk and trying to take part of their audience away. There are millions of people who want an alternative, but you aren't providing it. You don't hype upcoming matchups, you aren't urging proxies to make subtle anti-NFL comments, etc etc. Fire every decision maker there, they've never done their jobs.
