20 Years of Mackenzie Stuart! As we mark our 20th anniversary this year, we’re proud to reflect on an incredible journey that has seen Mackenzie Stuart grow from a single office in Leeds to an international Executive Search group employing hundreds. We now operate a group of 15 companies from 18 offices worldwide. Over the past two decades, our team’s commitment and expertise have seen over £250m worth of sales, including £100m seen in the last 4 years alone, a testament to the exceptional talent within the group. Along the way, we have successfully established more than 20 new companies within the group, strengthening our reputation as market leaders and innovators in the recruitment sector. We have completed two successful management buyouts - one at group level and another for an individual company, with three more signed, creating more autonomy, growth, and opportunity for our teams to own their businesses at no personal cost to themselves. To celebrate this milestone, we brought the whole team together for a fantastic office party, reflecting on our achievements and looking forward to an exciting future.
