In 2005, Brittany (Britt) Kidd, Vice President, North America Retail - East, was a 19-year-old political science student at Queen’s University in Ontario, obsessed with a pair of lululemon Groove Pants her friend got on a trip to Vancouver. She had never seen anything like them—the fabric, the fit, the colourful waistband. That moment sparked a curiosity that would evolve into a career spanning two decades. “I thought it would be a really fun part-time job and a really cool place to work that was different than anything else Kingston, Ontario had ever seen.” She applied for a role at lululemon after seeing a newspaper ad. That decision, made on instinct and excitement, would shape the rest of her career. Read on to learn more about Britt’s journey over the last 20 years. ↓
Love this piece and the showcase of your journey Brittany (Britt) Kidd! Inspiring! Two questions, 1) what moments (if any) caused you to say “no”. The reason I’m asking this is because I’m starting to see a shift in both the world of work and in life, where there is a prioritization to say “no” over “yes”. 2) is that Matt Corker in the first photo?! Great shot!
One of the best to ever do it!! ✨❤️
