Our Committed Journey. Our Ducey workshop in Normandy recently welcomed talents from across the LVMH ecosystem for a day of exchange, inspiration and collective empowerment. As part of EllesVMH, the Group’s gender equity initiative launched in 2007, this regional chapter was created in 2023 to expand opportunities for growth and inclusive leadership across Western France. Throughout the day, participants shared experiences, reflected on topics such as leadership, self-confidence and self-marketing, and built meaningful connections across métiers and Houses, joined by inspiring leaders from the Group. For Stéphanie Rott, Chief Operations Officer at Guerlain, the importance of such moments is clear: “There are many unconscious biases that prevent women from being considered for certain roles and girls are not always encouraged to pursue these responsibilities. Sharing our experiences is a way to show that these biases are not inevitable and that self-confidence, leadership and visibility can all be developed and strengthened.” Echoing this, Franck LE MOAL, Group Technology Director & CIO at LVMH, highlights a key priority: “I’m proud to have taken part in this edition and to speak about women’s representation in tech. Promoting diversity through initiatives like EllesVMH means fostering more sustainable collective performance, both globally and locally. Reflecting on this dynamic she initiated, Cendrine Pereira, Workshop Director in the same region, shares: “EllesVMH Ouest gives industrial and supply teams across LVMH the opportunity to come together, broaden their networks and exchange freely on universal themes, always inspired and energized by the powerful testimonies of both female and male role models.” At Louis Vuitton, gender equity starts with creating opportunities for every voice to be heard and every talent to grow. Together with the LVMH Group, we are committed to fostering leadership that reflects the diversity of our people and the strength of our shared values. #LouisVuitton #LVTalent

Such impactful work. Bringing together diverse voices across the Group to discuss leadership, confidence, and representation is a powerful step toward strengthening equity across the industry.
I like how this brings the industrial teams in. There’s so much leadership there that we don’t always see. 🌸
In a world where true change often starts from within, initiatives like EllesVMH stand as a powerful reminder of the value of inclusive leadership and empowering voices. This gathering at the Ducey workshop in Normandy is more than just an event — it’s a celebration of collective strength and a shared vision for a future where every individual, regardless of gender, has the opportunity to thrive. Stéphanie Rott’s words hit a nerve, as they confront the unconscious biases that have too often held women back from stepping into leadership roles. This initiative is a direct challenge to those barriers, showing that self-confidence, leadership, and visibility are not only attainable but can be nurtured and developed. What resonates here is the unity across the LVMH ecosystem. It's not about isolated efforts but about connecting, learning, and growing together, across métiers and Houses. The impact of such spaces where people can freely exchange and empower one another cannot be overstated. More Below: 👇

What an inspiring initiative! EllesVMH continues to show how real change happens when organizations intentionally create space for dialogue, representation and growth. It’s powerful to see teams across Western France coming together to reflect on leadership, confidence and visibility themes that shape not only individual careers but the future of our industries. The perspectives shared by leaders like Stéphanie Rott, Franck Le Moal and Cendrine Pereira highlight the importance of challenging biases and championing inclusive leadership at every level. These conversations truly matter. It’s encouraging to see Louis Vuitton and the broader LVMH Group investing in environments where every voice is valued and every talent can thrive. A wonderful example of what committed, people-centered leadership looks like. #LouisVuitton #LVTalent
Equity becomes powerful when it moves from conversation to culture. What happened in Ducey reflects a leadership model where confidence, visibility, and opportunity are built intentionally not assumed. It’s inspiring to see a Maison giving women the architecture and the advocacy to rise.
EllesVMH is a wonderful initiative. And only part of the inclusive endeavors at LVMH.
