As part of the House’s commitment to support the enduring legacy of artisanship and textile excellence, Loro Piana partnered with the lifestyle magazine Arbiter to celebrate the art of tailoring at "Milano su Misura – Trofeo Arbiter".   Held at Palazzo Clerici in Milan on 24th and 25th October, the fifth edition of the contest brought 23 master tailors from around the globe together, showcasing the timelessness of suiting through the theme of ‘Winter Elegance.’   The creations were all realised with fine Loro Piana fabrics, and a technical and aesthetic jury composed of internationally renowned master tailors, experts in the history of clothing and textiles, along with leading figures with specific expertise in the field, nominated the winner. The Maison extends its congratulations to Francesco Florio of Sartoria Florio in Paris, winner of the Trofeo Arbiter, for his exceptional work with the House’s Capolavoro Tweed 2Ways and Doeskin materials. In addition, Loro Piana curated a masterclass dedicated to fabric-making was held involving the representatives from the Maison and the master tailors. #LoroPiana
