From yesterdays #logicmonitor #aihero one of the attendees mentioned Edwin AI had saved the day with a similar incident where the customers DNS had a serious issue.. LM envision and Service Insights would see this, Edwin would see it through the smoke as the dashboard melted under a storm of events ! Its not the dashboard thats smoking, its LogicMonitors capabilities !
