I was privileged to attend this Continuing Medical Education (CME) session organized by KESHO at Nairobi Serena Hotel on 21 OCT 2025, and it was truly an eye-opening experience. One of the key highlights was the discussion on establishing a digital database for all cancer patients in Kenya. Such a system would allow physicians across the country to seamlessly access patients’ medical histories, identify suitable ongoing clinical trials, and make more informed treatment decisions. This initiative would also be instrumental in improving resource allocation through the SHA for cancer care ensuring that every patient receives the support they need. Grateful for the insightful session and the commitment by KESHO towards advancing cancer management in Kenya.
