It's time to re-introduce TeenReconnect. Because yesterday, I received a message that reminded me why 'caring' isn't enough anymore. It came from an educator with 25 years of lived experience - international schools, corporate training, home education, supporting young people through major life transitions. After completing The Q Pathfinder Practitioner training, her words shows what is possible: "The training has been transformative both personally and professionally. It's deepened my practice, given me the tools, confidence, and inspiration to make a meaningful impact on the young people I work with." She found her new lease of life. Not by changing careers.
