It's time to re-introduce TeenReconnect. Because yesterday, I received a message that reminded me why 'caring' isn't enough anymore. It came from an educator with 25 years of lived experience - international schools, corporate training, home education, supporting young people through major life transitions. After completing The Q Pathfinder Practitioner training, her words shows what is possible: "The training has been transformative both personally and professionally. It's deepened my practice, given me the tools, confidence, and inspiration to make a meaningful impact on the young people I work with." She found her new lease of life. Not by changing careers. By changing how she approaches the work she already loves. Here's what struck me most: She discovered how to truly see young people in a new light. Their one-in-a-quintillion uniqueness. Their hidden strengths beneath the surface. That's what TeenReconnect is really about - equipping Good Adults with the tools to help young people discover who they uniquely are. Before the world tells them who they should be. Think about it: 🥲 Educators burned out in a system that puts performance before wellbeing 🥲 Youth workers knowing something's missing in their toolkit but can't name it 🥲 Parents watching their children struggle, feeling overwhelmed They're not failing. They're working with outdated maps. TeenReconnect gives them a new GPS. One that reads the unique terrain of each young person. This practitioner? She's now helping young people connect dots they couldn't see before. Because she upgraded her toolkit: ✅ Map uniqueness, not deficits ✅ Build bridges, not walls ✅ Create safety for self-discovery One trained Good Adult can impact hundreds of young lives. Those young people grow into adults who understand their worth. Who were never broken. Just undiscovered. This is why I'm on a mission to train 1,000 Good Adults.
