Brands solely relying on Meta/Google's AI are going to find diminishing returns and higher CACs with lower ROAS. We're not seeing that. Why? Because we no longer trust "AI" to learn for us - we know that we must train the algo - and yes, that actually means with audiences We're seeing wins while others are seeing losses due to their blind trust in AI algos designed to take your $ without giving you wins.

Meta and TikTok are quietly replacing human moderators with AI. The machines are faster, cheaper, and never get traumatized. But they miss things humans catch instantly. The shift to LLM-powered content moderation is happening fast. Stanford researchers created COPE, a specialized AI system that adapts quickly to new policies. Google built an AI vetting system for search results. The benefits are clear: • Cost savings for platforms • Protects human workers from harmful content • Faster policy updates • Better scalability But the challenges are real too. Johns Hopkins found that leading LLMs struggle with context 15-20% of the time. They can't always tell the difference between hate speech and people calling out hate speech. Yale research shows users trust human decisions more than AI ones. The technology isn't ready to replace humans entirely. It works better as a support tool - flagging content for human review or explaining why something was removed. The future likely involves hybrid systems. AI handles the volume. Humans handle the nuance. But we need to stay vigilant about bias, cultural differences, and maintaining user trust. What concerns you most about AI making decisions about what we can say online? #ContentModeration #AI #TrustAndSafety 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞: https://lnkd.in/giRwZQbu

OpenAI made $1 billion in a single month. Anthropic leads enterprise with 32% market share. Meta claims personal superintelligence for everyone. Three visions, one future. We're witnessing the great AI divide unfold in real time. OpenAI's GPT-5 hit new heights in August 2025. 700 million weekly users on ChatGPT. They're building AI agents ready to join your workforce. Meta went all-in on open source. Llama 4 delivers personal superintelligence to everyone. Mark Zuckerberg claims their systems show self-improvement. That's both exciting and terrifying. Anthropic chose safety first. Claude 4 works autonomously for seven hours straight. They captured 32% of enterprise AI despite warning that AI could eliminate half of entry-level jobs within five years. Three different approaches: 🚀 OpenAI: Capability and scale 🌐 Meta: Open access and integration 🛡️ Anthropic: Safety and reliability The winner? Probably all three. OpenAI dominates consumer AI. Meta leverages billions of social users. Anthropic owns enterprise trust. But here's what matters for you: Each company is solving different pieces of the AI puzzle. The real revolution happens when these approaches converge. Your next hire might be an AI agent. Your social feed will get superintelligent. Your workplace will demand AI safety standards. The question isn't which company wins. It's how fast you adapt to the future they're building together. What's your AI strategy for 2026? #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #FutureOfWork 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲꞉ https://lnkd.in/dqSWx5Jr

AI is changing the way we search - and what it means to be found.📍 For over two decades, search has been synonymous with Google. But generative AI has disrupted that dominance faster than any platform before. Today, around one billion people use tools like ChatGPT in their daily lives - a scale that took Google almost a decade to reach. As Stephan Kopp, Managing Director #MediaplusPerformance, explains in his recent op-ed for Ad Age, this is not a feature update, it’s a structural shift. AI search is conversational, multimodal and generative by design. It doesn’t just retrieve information; it creates new value through context. For marketers, this means rethinking visibility. Content must be structured for voice, visual and text queries alike, and trusted by both users and AI agents. In the emerging age of agentic browsing, brands that adapt early will define how discovery and decision-making evolve.
