🚫 Myth: Sending the same email to your entire list is the fastest way to get results. ✅ Fact: It’s the fastest way to get ignored. Here’s the truth—your subscribers aren’t all the same. Some are brand new. Some are loyal superfans. Some are this close to booking or buying. When you send the same email to everyone, you’re speaking to no one. Segmentation + personalization = better engagement + more conversions. We live by this rule: The right message. To the right person. At the right time. It’s not just email marketing jargon—it’s what moves the needle. Do you segment your list yet? If not, now’s the time to start.

When I begin working with a new client, they can sometimes feel a bit hesitant about sending marketing emails, often out of concern about coming across as too "salesy." I would argue that the right email strategy isn’t about pushing sales, it’s about staying visible, offering value and keeping in touch. The ideal frequency will vary depending on your business. For some, weekly emails work well, while for others, monthly is more appropriate. If you're a service-based business, starting with a monthly newsletter is a great first step. It keeps you on your audience’s radar and opens the door to ongoing conversation. The key is to always have a clear purpose for each email and focus on sharing content that’s genuinely useful and relevant. You can always build in more targeted or automated campaigns as your strategy evolves! To learn more about email marketing, visit: https://lnkd.in/eBeMTSMy #EmailMarketing #EmailMarketingTips

💡 Random Lists vs Intent Research — The Truth No One Talks About! In 10 years of email marketing, I’ve seen both sides of the coin.. So who wins? Honestly… both (when used smartly). 📊 Use random lists to test markets, create awareness, or warm up a new offer. 🎯 Use intent research to go deeper, close deals, and build a long-term presence. ⚙️ Here’s the thing most people miss: Both methods require completely different sending strategies and setups. You can’t run a random-volume campaign and a targeted-intent campaign from the same infrastructure — 👉 The warming process, daily limits, and copy approach all change. Neither is right or wrong — success comes from knowing when to use which, and setting up your system accordingly. #EmailMarketing #ColdOutreach #B2BLeads #LeadGeneration #Deliverability #MarketingStrategy #EmailVerse #DigitalMarketing #GrowthMarketing #InboxPlacement

The one thing clients always ask us: “Is email marketing still worth it?” We hear this all the time. And honestly - we get it. With social media evolving every second, it’s easy to think email is outdated. But here’s the truth we’ve seen again and again - email marketing still works. And not in a “send a newsletter once a month” way. It works when it’s done strategically. Because email isn’t about inboxes. It’s about relationships. It’s the only channel where: 📬 You own the audience - no algorithm decides who sees your content. 💡 You can personalize every message, not just every ad. 📈 You can track exactly what’s working, in real time. And when it’s built around trust, relevance, and timing - email can quietly outperform every flashy campaign out there. At Carina Strategies, we’ve seen open rates jump from 12% to 42%, and webinar seats sell out months in advance - all through email. So if you’re wondering whether it’s still worth it... Yes. And more than ever. #EmailMarketing #MarketingStrategy #CustomerJourney #CarinaStrategies

The world of marketing is changing fast. Email isn’t dead, it’s evolving. But here’s the catch: most campaigns fail because they ignore the basics. The first step? Build authority and trust. Make sure your emails land in the inbox, not spam. That’s where warmup comes in, or even better, prewarmed IPs and mailboxes. Those who master this don’t just send emails, they get results. Higher engagement, better responses, and real conversions. Email campaigns are no longer about volume, they’re about strategy, reputation, and timing. The faster you get this right, the faster you create authority and impact. So the question is simple: Are you evolving with email, or still playing catch-up? #EmailMarketing #LeadGeneration #InboxPlacement #EmailDeliverability #DigitalMarketing #MarketingStrategy #PrewarmedIPs #EmailWarmup #MarketingGrowth #AuthorityBuilding #B2BMarketing #MarketingTips
