✨ A busy and inspiring October & November at JSR! ✨   Over the past couple of months, our team has been actively engaging, learning, and celebrating across several meaningful events:   At the Prudential Financial Align CX Conference, we connected with leaders who are shaping the future of customer experience and brought back fresh insights to fuel our work.   During a Diwali Celebration, our clients and consultants came together to celebrate the Festival of Lights with joy, color, and community.
