There’s a phrase that guides our collections team: When times get tough, we don’t walk away. We lean in. “It means that when a customer is struggling, we don’t rush to repossess equipment. We listen. We work with them,” explained John Grosso, our senior vice president and chief marketing officer for the U.S. and Canada. Over the past two years, we’ve helped restructure thousands of accounts. But this philosophy isn’t new. - During the Great Depression, we extended repayment terms and absorbed over $12 million in farmer notes - In the 1980s farm crisis, we restructured debt instead of foreclosing - During COVID-19, we processed 200 times our normal account change volume in just six months Our goal? To help: • A farmer keep their land • A rancher keep their herd • A contractor keep their job site running
I’m proud to work with the JDF team! I’ve seen first hand how understanding and supporting customer needs is at the core of what they do every day. That commitment doesn’t waiver in challenging times.

This kind of empathy and commitment really sets your company apart. Supporting farmers through tough times isn’t just good business.... it’s building lasting trust and community resilience.
Truly inspiring — this is what long-term partnerships look like. 👏 Supporting customers through tough times builds trust, loyalty, and a stronger industry for everyone. #CustomerFirst #HeavyEquipment
My family's landscaping business thanks you!
Understanding is key to good customer relationships.
This is really lovely. This hit deep ".. we don't rush to repossess equipment, we listen, we work with them ..," This is potent.
congrats
