Two of our buildings have been recognised by the Australian Institute of Architects 2025 National Architecture Awards, with fresh trophies collected for the pool room. Indi Sydney – the CBD’s first purpose-built Build to Rent residence that sits atop Gadigal Station – was awarded the National Award for Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing. Designed by Bates Smart, the jury called it “beautifully planned” and praised its progressive approach to collective living. 39 Martin Place, designed by Tzannes and part of the Sydney Metro Martin Place Integrated Station Development, received a National Commendation for Commercial Architecture and was celebrated for its elegant curves, heritage-inspired materials, and exemplary environmental performance. Congratulations to Sydney Metro, winners of the Walter Burley Griffin Award for Urban Design for the Sydney Metro City Stations.
