This Is the Salesforce Team at InterEx Group! 💬🎙️
Every team has its own identity and for our Salesforce team, it’s all about drive, support, and pride in what they do. Led by Kenny Lee, this group continues to set the standard for performance, progression, and teamwork.
They share the same ambition, back each other, and push for more every day. It’s a culture built on trust, competition, and the belief that success is something you build together.
This year has brought standout results, promotions, new clients, and consistent growth, but what really sets them apart is their mindset and the way they work as a team.

My name's Kenny and I'm a director here at Interacts. I think what makes our team stand out not just in Interacts, but across the industry is our true interest in the Salesforce ecosystem. From candidates to clients to events, we're truly invested understanding what's happening in our markets through training, through coaching. I'm always there trying to help the team grow and learn and difficult situations, making sure that I'm not doing it for them. What I'm teaching them how to overcome their issues. The most competitive person in my team outside of myself I would say is Ben. He will always go above and beyond to be first place in any competition, whether it's local, on desk, across the London office or across the entire business. It won't be easy, recruitment never is easy, but what you will be stepping into is a real team culture where collaboration is key. James Gregory, recruitment consultant within the Salesforce practice. As a unit, we all have a great understanding of what we want to achieve, but. More so we have a better understanding of how to achieve that and and a clear goal in mind. We managed to keep our standards higher by having a clear alignment on what we wanna get out of the day. So this may be done by day plans, but also coming together as a team in the morning and through midpoints throughout the day as well. We keep our standards higher, but we also keep ourselves accountable individually based off of what our inputs are on a daily basis. Probably Ben O'Neill, Kenny and myself. My name is Ben O'Neill, A recruitment consultant team Salesforce having that constant drive to succeed better each other. Also the guidance from people like Kenny and Dan makes it very easy to achieve. I think being part of the team, I suppose it's working around like minded individuals and the office atmosphere is contagious. Everyone wants to win, everyone wants to be the best. That paired with the incentives is just drives you to want to be the best. My name is Jenny and I am a consultant within the Salesforce team. We all support each other and not only do we want each other to win individually, but we want to win collectively. As well, you have to keep yourself accountable, so at the beginning of each day, knowing exactly what the outcome is that you want to get, and then at the end of the day, reviewing your day, seeing what went well, what you've achieved, and then what opportunities you need to follow the next day. No, I'm not saying myself. I'm not saying that.
