5moComplaint against Instamojo’s Non-Release of Payouts Despite multiple follow-ups & repeated reminders, Instamojo has failed to release my pending payout of approximately ₹1,00,000 for a long time. Details of the Issue: Complaint Reference Number: 987995 User ID: rajan@holisticinvestment.in What’s even more frustrating is that I have only been getting automated responses frm Instamojo’s support team. There has been no real human response or accountability, despite this significant delay. This indifference is causing severe financial distress & unnecessary stress for me. I am disappointed by the lack of concern & the complete absence of any human intervention in resolving this issue. It is shocking that a reputed platform like Instamojo is leaving genuine payout issues unresolved for so long. Immediate Request: Release the pending payout immediately. Assign a human contact person (with phone/email) who can take ownership of this issue & resolve it, instead of automated emails & unresponsive toll-free numbers. I hope this matter is expedited at the earliest. I am left with no option but to escalate this through social media to seek some accountability & resolution. I urge Instamojo to act swiftly&show some empathy towards customers.
