Infosys Alumni - I am facing tremendous challenge in getting a ticket resolution for an issue I raised at the Infosys alumni portal ( I am ex-Infoscion). Tkt# raised REQ0193162 is raised, I have a complete followup trail mail but no action being taken. Before that 2 also tkts were raised were autoclosed for no-reason while the information was already being provided for which they are closing the tkt e.g share your emp-id which i have already provided in the tkt description. Request you to please help in this regard.
