Dear Hyundai Motor Company I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the pathetic service experience I’ve received from Natraj Motors, Jhansi. It has been over 40 days, and my vehicle issue still remains unresolved. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been absolutely no response or progress from the dealership or your customer support. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable from a brand like Hyundai, which claims to value its customers. The dealership’s staff have shown no sense of responsibility or urgency. Such service standards completely tarnish Hyundai’s reputation. Frankly, this has been the worst ownership experience I have ever had with an automobile company. I deeply regret purchasing a Hyundai vehicle and will make sure to never recommend Hyundai to anyone again if this issue is not addressed immediately. I request you to take strict action against Natraj Motors, Jhansi, and resolve my service issue within 48 hours. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter to higher authorities. I expect a prompt reply with a clear resolution timeline. On a very sad and dejected note i would like to put forward my hearth wrecking experience which i had on the 5 th day afterI had purchased my creta found the indicator for urea system warning was dysfunctional. The wiring harness for urea system indicator was completely damaged.The root cause of this damage is a serious flaw in the vehicle's design and engineering The critical Urea Injector wiring was routed in an exposed and unprotected manner, making it accessible and vulnerable to damage by stray animals,..The Service Centre undertook repairs and informed that repairing the severed wire is not possible, and the entire Main Wiring Harness of the vehicle required replacement.entire interior of the vehicle—including the dashboard, seats, and flooring was dismantled and removed within just five days of purchase.The vehicle will now suffer significant depreviation in the resale due to the replacement of a core system like Main Wiring Harness.Given that the companys design flaw necessitated a catastrophic repair, resulting in permanent damage to the vehicle's integrity, The repair must have been completed completely free of cost but they charged me .am now moving legally as this is both a financial as well as Loss of peace of mind.
