Its the moment they walk in the door from the porter to the front desk and they way they are greeted it makes so much difference and when you know their names that's even better. Try reading it upside down it goes a long way. I loved everything about the guest checking in that's when it starts from the front door to the reception desk to the rooms. If you aren't feeling it go to the back office let someone else check them in they actually sense you are not in the mood to check them in so let someone else do it. I loved being on the front desk it makes a difference if you care.
