This year marks Huron’s eleventh year supporting Movember – over a decade of raising awareness and funds through donations, mustache-growing, fitness challenges, and more. Movember is the leading global charity dedicated to changing the face of men’s health, focusing on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. To kick off this year’s efforts, our team hosted a bake sale at our Chicago office. One of our Movember team leads, David Wendel, joined the event and shared why this cause is so meaningful to him: “Movember matters to me because of the great awareness that the organization provides to people all over the world,” said David. “Every minute, a man dies by suicide somewhere in the world.” A heartfelt thank you to everyone who baked, donated, and helped raise awareness for this important cause.
