The solution, according to Georges-Olivier REYMOND (Pasqal), is simple: "build sovereignty and European global leadership". 🤝 Oscar Diez (European Commission) and Kristel Michielsen, coordinator of the project highlighted the one thing essential for such a huge undertaking like the joint procurement and installation of two quantum processors: collaboration.
