Very poor experience pre sales. Your dealer Ring road honda sold us an Honda elevate which is being already registered with honda connect app. We got our car on 19th October whereas the app shows that the car has been already sold in June . The dealer is saying that this type of practice is ethical and every dealership does this.Even we have raised the complaint at your 121 number as well as escalated the same on mail id,but haven't received any corrective measures till date. We would like your senior management to take corrective steps regarding this and stop fooling customers. Even some penalty must be imposed on dealers like this. We wish you will take some prompt action regarding this .Kunal Behl

See how they harras to customer if they call for support it is almost a year they have not provided me rc card this is sales manager wasim I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the tremendous delay in the issuance of the RC card for my Honda Dio 125, vehicle number KA 05 QH 9418. It has been eleven months since the purchase, and despite numerous follow-ups, the RC card has not yet been provided. Throughout this period, I have encountered rude behavior and harassment from the team at Popular Motors, located near Dr. Ambedkar College and Hospital, Shampura 560032, Bengaluru. The manager, Mr. Matheen,rahman shariff has been particularly uncooperative and dismissive, which is unacceptable and adds to my frustration. I urge Honda to take immediate action to resolve this matter. If there is no response or resolution, I will be compelled to take legal action for the harassment and lack of service from the dealership. I request Honda to consider canceling the dealership of Popular Motors and to provide compensation for the distress caused. Please treat this matter with urgency Thank you for your attention
