Really appreciate these insights. As a single dad I’m intrigued that it’s primarily women who bring awareness around these issues. I feel like a lot of men can outsource their stressors outside of work, but for those of us who can’t their is a real lack of awareness and compassion from colleagues. The irony is that all of us are conditioned to ignore physical cues like Cait is mentioning.
