Three years. Three straight Inc. Magazine 5000 recognitions for HexClad Cookware! At this point, we're cooking with gas (literally and figuratively). But seriously, this wouldn't happen without our incredible team, Culinary Council, ambassadors and amazing customers who fuel this growth year after year. Between all the testing and tasting (someone's got to do it!), we've learned that great tools and great food really do bring people together in the best way. Year four, here we come with our best work yet.

Absolute crooks. I previously ordered this set two weeks ago. I paid £749 and on this site I praised the product and efficiency of getting here. We haven’t used them yet in fact they were still in boxes. I complained that they literally within a small space of time reduced the price to £559. I wrote to them and they told me I was 3 days outside their price match window. I argued that it would cost postage to send it back and reorder. The CS asssitant agreed and escalated it. I received an email from them this morning saying no I have to send them back and reorder. Well let me tell you I will be sending them back and I won’t be reordering. Customer service and common sense 0. I wish I hadn’t given you a good review. Very disappointed.
