For three years we kept saying find your spark. But really, what is a spark? Is it fireworks? Nope. Is it hiding in a shoe box? Nope. We even tried Googling, still no luck. So we asked the only people who actually know our people, what's your spark? I need to check again. Social activities. Police. And turns out sparks look nothing alike. Some founded in stories, some in code, some in their first global project, and some in memes. Yes, we actually did that. Even we weren't sure if we should hit post, but we did and people loved it. He gave the camera away, quite literally. No setup, just real talk. Our employees became our ambassadors. Our creators. Am I getting paid for it? Sorry, you forgot to mention it. Must be comfortable starring in reels. Should I start? Smile, smile. Smile, smile. It's somewhere in between. Pat Cummins casually dropped. Find your spark. My debut Test match was that spark that kind of taught. Told me like, I'm good enough at this level. The spark for me, genuinely is is to win trophies. My ultimate spark gets me out every day. I think it's just trying to achieve special things, Yeah. Didn't see that one coming. And just like that, sparks started spreading across feeds, across offices, across continents. Not because we define them, but because people live them. So what's a spark? It's not fireworks. It's not jargon. It's not hiding in a box. It's in you. When you shine, we shine. When you find your spark, we supercharge progress. Are we done?
