As Construction Manager and CMD Smith Canada as Owner’s Engineer, in collaboration with Metro Vancouver and the Pormeleau Bessac General Partnership (PBGP), this project exemplifies engineering excellence, innovation, and a deep commitment to sustainable underground construction.
