Last week, our team celebrated the grand opening of the 97th H-E-B location in the Houston area! This newly constructed facility spans 120,000 square feet and features a steel structure designed to optimize customer flow and product placement. It includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and a robust refrigeration system, all crucial for preserving perishable foods. The store offers full curbside grocery pickup, as well as a drive-through and in-store pharmacy. The loading dock serves as a central hub for receiving, sorting, and repacking items for sale. Additionally, the implementation of a modern checkout system streamlines the customer experience and enhances the pickup process.
