Progress Update | ’CityPort’ Morningside, QLD Construction at 'CityPort' is edging closer to Practical Completion, with structural steel, roof, and facade works now complete. Internally, the installation of the insulated panels and refrigeration systems is progressing at pace, marking a key milestone for what will be our largest cold storage development in Brisbane’s TradeCoast. As 'CityPort' continues to take shape, we're well on track for completion in Q4 2025. Once built, the facility will be a state-of-the-art cold storage facility, featuring available tenancy areas ranging from 6,200 sqm to 19,530 sqm. The facility is equipped with cutting-edge refrigeration and freezer technology, offering a balanced 50% freezer and 50% chiller capability for maximum efficiency.
