4 WAYS TO PERSONALIZE YOUR NEXT EMAIL We analyzed 85M cold emails and found the 4 most common (and effective) ways top sellers personalize their outreach: 1️⃣ Individual-based Personalize to the person – their role, background, interests, or anything unique to them. 2️⃣ Company-based Reference what’s happening at their company: news, product launches, milestones, earnings, etc. 3️⃣ Activity-based Use intent or engagement signals – web visits, downloads, event attendance, or conversations with other stakeholders. (These leads are already warmer!) 4️⃣ Industry-based Show how you’ve helped similar companies – social proof, case studies, benchmarks, etc. Pro tip: If you’re using AI, combine 2–3 of these “flavors” in your prompt to craft ultra-relevant outreach. More personalization = more replies. Every time.
