Rolling out new technology across a provider network comes with challenges, multiple systems, varied workflows, and a lot of moving pieces. Through our work with MSOs, ACOs, IPAs, and payers, we’ve developed a structured approach that brings clarity, speed, and support to every phase of the process. We’ve captured our 90-day rollout framework in a new guide, sharing the model we use to make Vim onboarding straightforward, transparent, and impactful for providers and partners alike. Inside, you’ll find practical details, real timelines, and a look at what makes this approach effective in the field. 👉 If you’re interested in how we turn implementation into a predictable, measurable success, the guide is available here: https://lnkd.in/dTSW_VPY

Reflections from LUGPA (Part 2): Trust, Transparency & the “Golden Ticket” One recurring theme at LUGPA: vendor wariness, and understandably so. We heard stories of “AI” that turned out to be manual offshore work…we see the graveyard of vendors who only delivered frustrating implementations and lackluster outcomes. As one panelist said perfectly: “The golden ticket is when a tool improves clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.” At Titan Intake, that’s the bar we hold ourselves to. Trust isn’t built through flashy demos! It’s earned through proof. Through clarity about what our platform does, what it doesn’t, and how it performs in real specialty workflows. How do you evaluate trust when choosing new healthcare tech partners?

The importance of a platform that prioritises the users on both the sponsor and site ends. Too often, we focus on one at the expense of the other.

Large organizations running clinical trials operate at a scale that supports both incredible opportunity and risk. And yet many enterprises still depend on legacy clinical trial management systems: software built for smaller, simpler trials with fewer moving parts. Switching to a modern CTMS for global enterprises isn’t just about adopting new technology; it’s about giving your teams the tools and visibility they need. 💡 👉 Head over to our blog to learn more: https://lnkd.in/eiFgHaee

Inside the build of TrialTrack: where clinical trial software starts taking shape. For those following along, here’s a quick update from the Mayet team. We’ve just completed the user management foundation, one of the most important pieces of any clinical operations system. In TrialTrack every user can be connected to their specific studies, assigned across multiple projects, and given the right access from day one. It’s a simple concept, but it’s the core of what makes TrialTrack different, designed for how teams actually work across studies Not with how spreadsheets limit them, or generic tools lack focus and management. We’ll be sharing more milestones as we go, from permissions and workflows to the full study dashboard that ties everything together. 🚀 TrialTrack launches soon. 😮 Free for single users. 👏 14-day free trial for Teams. ✅ Join the waitlist to get early access: https://lnkd.in/e5BSbP_z

Enabling relief from administrative burden for providers and care teams
