Still feeling energized from all the exciting conversations at Staffing Industry Analysts' Healthcare Staffing Summit! I was glad to connect with so many people who have a hand in shaping the future of healthcare staffing. Here were my top 3 takeaways: - Healthcare workforce solutions continue to evolve, so as providers and healthcare systems we must all come together to collaborate more effectively to provide a great clinical experience and better patient outcomes. - The Future of AI in healthcare workforce solutions is here, and embracing it can assist in helping better support our clinicians. - Reshaping what workforce optimization looks like as we move forward is top of mind, and there is a lot of excitement in the industry to be on the forefront to lead that charge. Looking forward to sharing these insights with my team at Prolink to keep top of mind as we continue to find creative solutions to put care in motion.

Sometimes, the most compelling lessons come from unlikely sources. After years addressing the U.S. overdose epidemic, Meghan Bourne draws on the cartel’s own playbook to reveal how modern institutions can lead more effectively across organizational boundaries. Today’s biggest challenges, from ending the overdose epidemic to expanding data infrastructure or improving healthcare access, are too complex for any single organization to solve alone. Real progress depends on multi-organizational collaboration. Across sectors, McChrystal Group has found that success in these hybrid partnerships comes down to three essentials: ✅ An engaged, empowered executive core ✅ Clear priorities and shared measures of success ✅ A structured system that adapts as it grows Simple in theory and complex in practice, the same principles that drive a Team of Teams inside a single enterprise also enable collaboration across them. Delivering a keynote address at the Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Executive Summit in Raleigh last week, NC Chamber President and CEO Gary Salamido shared how North Carolina’s business leaders are turning the principles of #Vision2030 into action. Drawing on lessons from his grandparents’ experience at Endicott Johnson — a company known for investing in the well-being of its employees — Gary connected that legacy to a modern challenge: helping small employers compete in today’s tight labor market. That’s the purpose behind #CarolinaHealthWorks. “North Carolina succeeds when its employers can attract and retain talent,” Gary said. “Carolina HealthWorks helps make that possible for the small businesses that power our state’s economy.” Learn More > https://lnkd.in/eSCtigrB

Resonant conversations with the NHS. If you’re not feeling heard, the answer usually isn’t more and more detail. In my experience, when engagement feels stuck, it’s rarely because commissioners or clinical leaders don’t understand the technology. It’s because the conversation isn’t yet aligned with their pressures, their priorities, and the realities of the system they’re operating within. The NHS responds when a proposal resonates — when it reflects system need, operational feasibility, financial reality, and the direction of travel set out in current policy. Sometimes the most impactful shift isn’t adding more pages, data points, or technical nuance. It’s reframing the conversation so it lands where the NHS already is. Alignment beats volume. Resonance beats detail. #NHS #MedTech #MarketAccess #HealthEconomics #NHS10YearPlan #ICBs #ValueBasedProcurement #HealthInnovation #Leadership #SystemThinking Melissa Way Matthias Winker Alan Crofts Device Access UK Ltd IGES MedTech
