When we started FleCXO, the idea was simple, to make leadership accessible. Over the years, I’ve met many founders, promoters, and business leaders with incredible ideas and drive. But one common challenge stood out, scaling their vision with the right leadership depth at the right time. Not every business can or should hire a full-time CXO in its early or evolving stages. But every business does need strong leadership to grow with structure and purpose. That’s the gap we’re solving at FleCXO.
