So I think in my time in the industry, real big shift has been going from sort of the traditional on Prem IT infrastructure. The move to cloud has obviously been a huge move. And just the way that skills have never really stood still for that long. So when I first came into the industry, there was on Prem skills were highly sought after. Now cloud skills and what's evolving in that space is really exciting. And then add to the mix AI and that just takes it to the next level. And I'm underpinning all that is the rise of data and data roles because AI is only really as good as the data. That it feeds off finding skills that have only really existed for 3-4 months is of course it's always going to be tricky, but I think where we try and get ahead of the game is spot the trends and then start building up talent banks. So trying to identify people early, start to build those relationships with candidates in that space so that when those needs come up, we've got people ready to go to power. See recruiting in the technology sector evolving in the next four or five years. I think niche areas is definitely going to become a real thing. So at the moment. We're increasingly seeing a move to candidates that are fulfilling a specific niche. So no longer can you just be a general XYZ in certain area. You've got to have a niche because clients are looking for someone to solve a specific problem they're having. That knee set of skills is absolutely vital and obviously it was recruiting for it means we're going to have to spot those trends and build those tanks early.
