A few weeks ago, Candace MacPherson, Morgan Gowdey, and Alyce McNeil from frank HQ joined Amazon at Girls’ in Tech Day, hosted by Wyndham Tech School, Victoria University, and More Butter. Over 423 female students scrubbed up on the intricate technology and sciences we use on the daily to bring products from conception to the bathroom shelf. Roles and advancements in STEAM have allowed our brand to flourish in spaces like sustainability, where we heavily rely on new technologies to get ahead. We might have been an unexpected addition to the line-up, but it was important for us to show the connection between beauty and STEAM, from research, analytics, chemistry, and product development innovation to sophisticated logistics and digital marketing. We were tickled pink to inspire some of our future innovators to consider a beauty career path.
