The thing that really gets me excited about Kluge is just to see the engagement between colleagues across the business, building the Flutter Edge, delivering fantastic products at pace for our customers and our brands. The teams include have always contributed to innovation. They're always pushing the boundaries, They're always finding new ways to do things. They're always finding innovative ways to bring better products to customers, better experiences to our brands, better ways of working. I see the Flutter Edge coming to life in an office like clues by having many different. Provisions, brands, regions with their engineering teams located here, all sharing ideas, all expertise, moving around between brands and divisions, all those things bring the edge to life. The culture of the people, it is very warm, very dynamic, very fast-paced, very collaborative. So that combination is very powerful. When I think about the people who include, what really stands out to me is the level of curiosity, you know, and the level of engagement and the real energy. That the people bring to things. I mean, just today we're in the town hall and the number of questions, insightful, challenging questions was extraordinary. It was probably 3 things I think about when I think about succeeding in a business like ours. So 1 is really understanding the why. The first and foremost, what are we looking to achieve and why are we going after it? So understanding the strategy. The second, probably prioritizing ruthlessly. So when you're in a fast-paced environment, there's so many opportunities to do different things. Making sure we focus on what's important. And the third thing that. Permeates across our business, in particular as we get more global and we remain Federated, is communication. So communicate really effectively with your own teams, but also how do you communicate and leverage the scale we have across the group. There are teams include power, our brands through the technology that they bring, the expertise they bring and the way in which they bind the whole group together. It's our biggest site and it's a great place to build a career.
