Flutter Reports Q3 2025 Earnings, Expands into Prediction Markets

I am pleased to share that Flutter Entertainment has delivered a solid Q3 performance, with continued momentum in the US and across the key markets within International. I'm also very excited to announce that FanDuel Predicts will launch in December - unlocking a new and significant growth opportunity within prediction markets in the US.    FanDuel Predicts will launch in partnership with CME Group and will leverage FanDuel’s brand presence, our expertise of running the Betfair Exchange, and CME’s leadership capabilities in regulated exchanges. It enables us to deliver a compelling sports product to the vast majority of the US adult population in states that do not currently have access to regulated online sports betting, as well as financial and cultural markets across most US states.    During the quarter, we saw well over 14 million Average Monthly Players engaging with our products, driving revenue growth by 17% and adjusted EBITDA 6% higher year-over-year.    FanDuel remains the #1 in the US both in online sportsbook and iGaming. Banijay Group has entered into a binding agreement to acquire a majority share in Tipico Group from CVC and the company’s founders, merging the German-Austrian operator with Betclic under Banijay Gaming. The deal positions the combined business as one of Europe’s largest online betting and gaming groups, generating €6.4 billion in annual revenue and €1.4 billion in adjusted EBITDA (pro forma 2024). https://lnkd.in/dhgwHX8K

📰 Banijay rules out sale of content arm despite gaming-led growth Banijay Group CEO François Riahi has confirmed the company has “no plans” to sell its content division, despite strong momentum from its gaming business driving group revenue higher. 📈 During the first nine months of 2025, revenue climbed 3.2% year-on-year to €3.22bn, led by Banijay Gaming’s 8.7% rise to €1.13bn. Growth was fuelled by Betclic and the upcoming Tipico merger, with poker and online casino revenue both achieving double-digit increases. 🎬 Riahi emphasised that Banijay’s dual focus remains intact, citing “positive opportunities” for its entertainment and production arm alongside its gaming expansion. “We are very happy with our development in sports betting and gaming, but we also believe there are great opportunities on the content side,” he said. 💡 With adjusted EBITDA up 9.3% to €597m, Banijay says its diversified model continues to prove its strength across both sectors. ⬇️ Full story linked below in the comments.

Flutter’s Q3 earnings demonstrate continued momentum in both the US - where FanDuel retains its #1 position in both online sports betting and iGaming - and internationally, boosted by successful acquisitions in Italy and Brazil. Q4 has started well, and with the imminent launch of FanDuel Predicts next month, it’s set to be an exciting end to the year.

Flutter Entertainment reported a sharp downturn in profitability for Q3 2025, recording a $789m net loss driven by a major impairment linked to India and previously disclosed US market access costs.
