I think you already addressed part of this (e.g., social proof and Google products )... But earlier, you mentioned that "authoritative, high-quality content" is important. Can you provide an example of what that looks like (e.g., media mentions, specific condition information)?

Are there specific LLMs that are more compliant or privacy-friendly for healthcare organizations? For example, Microsoft 365 Copilot vs. ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.?
