The field of artificial intelligence is full of new tools that require no coding or only minimal coding, but I believe it is essential to maintain a clear distinction between chat models and true AI agents. ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot are incredibly useful assistants that analyze, explain and respond but agents actually perform tasks, rely on workflows, use memory and operate with real documents and data. In legal environments, but also in areas like medicine, HR and others, this demands an even higher level of precision: secure data flows, correct access rights, compliant workflows and thoroughly tested prompts. A single misplaced instruction can change the entire meaning of a document. As someone who is steadily developing in this field, I see how important it is to combine strong prompting, thoughtful workflow design and secure data handling. It’s an area where I’m growing every day and where the details truly matter.
