Our team was honored to join our fellow water professionals at this year’s National Association of Water Companies Water Summit! During the conference, Chairman and CEO of Essential Utilities, Inc. Christopher Franklin and our President Colleen M. Arnold participated in panel discussions. During Chris’ discussion, he focused on communicating the process of determining utility rates with elected officials and customers, while Colleen discussed the successes and challenges of designing and implementing full-scale #PFAS treatment facilities.
