In 2026, the UN will review the human rights record of Solomon Islands under its Universal Periodic Review. We wanted to make sure this review is informed by the stories of local Solomon Islanders who are gay, trans and gender diverse. We worked with local activists, ILGA Oceania and Kaleidoscope Australia Human Rights Foundation to document the experience of our communities in Solomon Islands.
