Passion fuels a social enterprise, but a viable business model keeps it running. This was a central theme at the recent ASEAN SEDP 4.0 workshop. We're here to do good, but as we reflected, doing good sustainably means also being good at business. The numbers must make sense! The idea of building an organization that lasts—one that thrives on professionalism, not just passion—is a lesson that applies to a business, a non-profit, and our own personal finances.
